If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we do offer a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. **Please note, you are responsible for ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. ** GoodGuy Clothing reserves the right to grant or deny exchanges depending on the circumstance of each individual situation.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you would like to exchange an item, please notify us on our Contact Us page or email us at goodguyclothingllc@gmail.com within 14 days after receiving your purchase. Please provide your Order#, name, email and the reason for your exchange request. Once an exchange is approved, we will email you a Return Shipping Invoice. When payment is received, we’ll send you a Return Shipping Label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. When we receive your returned item, we will provide you with a promo code that is equal to your original purchase price.
